What Is the New VinFast Drgnfly?
The new VinFast Drgonfly features a continuous 750-watt motor integrated in the rear wheel and a 48-volt 14Ah battery that can be recharged in under 6 hours. Weighing in at only 70.5 lbs, the e-Bike is made from aircraft-grade aluminum with wide handlebars and balloon tires that are 20×4-inches for optimal riding comfort and stability. VinFast says the bike comes standard with Tektro hydraulic disc brakes that are meant to work great in all sorts of riding conditions, especially when it’s rainy and wet out. For those who like to take a nice moonlit ride, the bike features front and rear LED lights and integrated reflectors. The DrgnFly also has a mode called Pedal-Assist, which allows you to pedal the e-Bike while riding to get in a bit of a workout. VinFast offers the DrgnFly with a 2-year, unlimited-mile warranty.

The VinFast DrgnFly offers a 150-watt portable charger that can recharge the e-bike to full in just 4-6 hours. If you are on the go, you can even detach the 7-pound battery easily and charge it inside your home, an office, a hotel, or wherever else you may be. This means there’s no need to fear your Drgnfly being stolen or messed with while it’s charging in public areas.
Range and Speed
When traveling at full throttle at 18 mph, VinFast says the Drgnfly will run for 32 miles before needing to be topped up, and 47 miles at 12 mph. However, in Eco mode, the Drgnfly can travel up to 68 miles with a top speed of 15.5 mph. The company says the top speed is set to 20 mph but can be unlocked for a higher speed.
